I pledge to pay my obligation to the kind, hardworking Prosper funders on time until it is fulfilled. I want my group to keep its perfect stars and be a model borrower. I have significantly pay down my delinquences since last listing. Purpose of loan: To pay off CashCall loan... Loan was for 2600 and the balance is 2600 at 99% interest rate. Background: I am married with small children (ages 3 and 1). I have degrees in accounting and in computer information systems. My husband is a journeyman (electrician) and he is currently working on being certified. I own my home and have been living here for 4 1/2 years. My mortgage is a 30 year fixed rate. Address and home ownership are already verified through Prosper. I owe approximately $113,000 and have a value of $180,000. I am employed with a salary of $68,000 a year that is verifiable (paystub and offer letter.) I also have direct deposit. I am paid on a bi-weekly basis. I have been at my employment for almost a year. Prior to this job, I worked for one of the largest humanitarian organizations in the US for 9 years as a analyst. Payment type on Prosper loan (if granted): automatic debit payment from bank account. Bank account has already been verified Explanation of Current delinquency: Orchard Bank & HSBC $1800 - I am currently making payments on these accounts. The delinquency will remain until account is paid in full. Update: Orchard Bank was paid off on 4/14/2008. An old Verizon phone bill for $458.00 and this was paid off on 4/14/2008 as well. Lastly, a store credit card payment was not paid within 30 days but is now paid in full as of 4/14/2008. This was a card I had not used in awhile and wanted to use before they closed the account. I did not see the electronic bill that was sent and forgot about the account. When I paid it off, I negotiated with the creditor to erase the 30 day late from credit reports. I paid 3 out of 4 delinquencies on the same day with money from consulting job. Monthly net income: $ 4400 after taxes (consultant work & Husband salary not included in above salary is $3000 a month) Monthly expenses: Savings $200; Mortgage $1200; Car Insurance and expenses $426; Utilities: $78; Incidentials $ 240; Food, entertainment:$350; Credit cards: $ 200; Other expenses: $ 216 (Cashcall ? it has a 99% interest rate); homeowner fees $316; Investment in Prosper $ 50.00 = My total expenses $ 3276.00 Spending cash after paying expenses is $1124.00 (not including husband income + consulting work) More than enough to pay Prosper loan. This loan will help me save money while be committed to improving my credit rating. I am gearing up for my student loans that will soon come off of deferment. Lastly, I have overcome some of my most recent misfortunes (see previous listing) while maintaining a commitment to being financially responsible.< |
