Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay some personal expenses and provide a little capital for my bookkeeping business. My financial situation: I am a student paying my own way through college with debt and hard work. I just had to purchase a new laptop which threw my finances through a loop this month. This laptop will be used for personal and business purposes. I have two jobs: one as a freelance bookkeeper and another working as an assistant bookkeeper for an architecture company as their employee. I consciously keep track of all my expenses, my income and my budget (after all, I am a bookkeeper!) and I have a feeling my credit score is not that great due to the student loans I've taken out and the credit card debt I've accumulated. The credit card debt was a mistake from last semester and they are now in a bag filled with ice in the freezer so I can only make emergency purchases on them after thinking about the necessity of the purchase while the ice melts. Monthly net income: $ 340 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 505 Insurance: $ none Car expenses: $ none Utilities: $ all utilities are part of rent Phone, cable, internet: $ 58 Food, entertainment: $ 180 Clothing, household expenses $ 65 Credit cards and other loans: $ 200 Other expenses: $ In addition, to the $340/month in income I get a financial aid disbursement at the beginning of each semester. In the fall and spring this typically amounts to $4000 which I use to pay for living expenses. I am also taking summer classes this year and that disbursement will be more than $1800. |
