On April 3rd 2007 my Prosper Loan was deposited into my checking account and that began an awesome journey. I paid off all my debt. I built my credit score up saved some money and purchased a home on my own! Life was great!
However, I made a BIG mistake on July 1, 2007! I got married to a man who was not who I thought he was and who he portrayed. I put him on one of my credit cards that had ?0- balance, and he opened a couple of accounts in OUR name. In March 2008 I found out he was using drugs and that he had charged up a credit card and that he had back taxes that he owed. I asked him to leave on March 18th. I did not want drugs in my home or around my boys. I hoped he would get in rehab but that is not what he wanted to do. I have filed for an annulment. I would like this loan to pay the attorney for the annulment and to pay off the debt that he charged. I want to cut my losses and just get him out of my life.

The one debt I have that is his is the USAA Car loan ? Balance currently approximately $9700. I helped him out by getting a car loan for him prior to our marriage when we got engaged. After the annulment is final he will have 60 days to pay off my loan or I will take the car and sell it. He currently pays me the payment every month.

I am able to afford the house payment without him. My loan is a fixed rate of 6% 30-year mortgage, so the crazy mortgage rate issues that many new homeowners are facing do not affect me. The house is in my name only.

I get paid on the first of every month and make all my monthly payments at that time. After all bills are paid remaining balance of my check is what I live on for the rest of the month. Grocery, fuel and miscellaneous money is budgeted throughout the month.Purpose of loan: Is to pay these payments that are beginning to create hardship---
Credit Card Monthly Payments and Attorney Fees
Household - $40 pmt Bal=$1024 21% (Pay off with Prosper) My husbands debt!
Wash Mutual- $40pmt Bal= $794 - 22.99% APR (Pay off with Prosper)

Home Depot $15 Bal =$200
Attorney: $500pmt Bal $5000 Total payments = $610 --
Pay Off Amount- $8218?

My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because? I currently have a Propser Loan and have never been late or defaulted. I do not want to get into trouble trying to make payments and getting deeper and deeper and find that I am drowning due to my current/annulment pending marriage and that Chaos he has caused.

Monthly net income: $ 4281 = $155 child support = $4436 total

Current Monthly expenses without the payments that will be payed off with Prosper Loan-
  Housing: $ 1996
  Insurance: $ 144
  Car expenses: $ 397
These are rounded figures-- rounded up!

Please consider loaning me this money so that I do not drown and keep my boys safe--- Lesson learned I stay single or keep finances totally separate or have with pre-nuptial and investigate(credit check) future candidates!!!!
