Eric's Credit Community

Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used to pay down high interest credit card debt. The debt is the result of about four years trying to make my independent consulting business successful. If you take a peek at a listing I put together last year, I had a credit grade of ?C? and now I have improved that to a credit grade of ?B?. If I can get this loan funded, then I am looking forward to refinancing my present mortgage to a lower rate and pay off all the remaining credit card debt. To do that I need a better credit rating and this loan is a step in that direction.

My financial situation:
The job I have now is with a company that I worked at for about 5 years.  I tried a business of my own for about 4 years, but I am back at my old company again, which is why you see only about "1 year" at my present job.

Monthly Salary is $8,800 -- after taxes $6,600

I have a three story townhouse and I rent the top floor for about $800. No renter at the moment, but I am looking.

I run a web site - DeepMarket.com - that brings in an income of about $200 to $900 a month:

Monthly net income: $6,600 (without blog earnings or rent) to $8,300 (including blog earnings and rent) after taxes
