Previously had a loan with Prosper and paid it off in 19 months. Also a prosper lender and will make sure this money is paid back as agreed. I am not sure why people would borrow from hard working people and not pay them back. Purpose of loan is for a little extra cash between funding a larger real estate development and the selling of a small home in Paulsboro NJ. We were approved by the town's Board of Adjustment for a density variance for this 1.1AC property in Morristown NJ. George Street Commons We can not take cash deposits yet due to state regulations, but have commitments on 10 of the 24 to date. Site work is about to begin. We have chopped down the majority of trees on the parcel and completed the demolition of the large coal chute. We have a few offers for funding, but are shopping it around still in hopes of having to pay less interest. We are getting closer on the funding, but need a bit more cash until everything is complete. If you know of anyone who would like to invest, pls let us know. Also, we have recently completed a renovation on a small row home in Trenton NJ. More info My father has been in the real estate business for over 30 years with many successes.
