Thank you for looking at our listing! I am an entrpenuer from Milwaukee, WI. I own a business that sells consumer electronics online via our website and also our Ebay outlet store (Where we are Ebay Silver Powersellers with 100% Feedback and Square Trade Certification). We specialize in selling hot and trendy items (Ipods, Xbox 360 etc) as well as overstock consumer electronics (Items that may be refurbished or are excess factory inventory items). Sales have doubled every quarter in our 1st year in business. We are seeking this loan because we need to purchase inventory to prepare for the Chirstmas Season rush. The funds of this loan will primarily be used to purchase Sony Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii Consoles to be sold through our Ebay store. If you remember the frenzy over the Xbox 360 last year, then you will understand the profit potential of having inventory to sell during the 1st week of this product launch. We currently purchase inventory from two of the largest Video Game Wholesalers in the United States and anticipate earning over 100% margin on these items throughout the holidays. I still currently hold my day job where I earn over $100,000 as Director of Sales for a Technology Consulting Firm and my partner is a Corporate Lawyer who earns in excess of $85,000 in his job. I am a home owner with over 50k of equity in my home. In a worst case scenario, I would use some of my equity to pay this loan off. My DTI is higher simply because I am constantly ordering inventory, paying off bills and reordering inventory to keep up with demand for our products. We anticipate paying this loan off after the holiday shopping season and are very interested in reinvesting some of our profits back into funding others on Prosper.com as well. I appreciate your consideration and hope to receive your support!
