Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to? pay off 401k loan and a couple credit cards I used to buy new appliances for my house. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? I have worked for the past 20 years at Northwest Airlines and have taken a job a a Geneal Manager for my current company. Besides my salary I am in a monthly bonus plan which I get paid quarterly. I have made this performance bonus for the first quarter. I also have a 401k plan which I currently have $70,000. in and another 401k account I just started in my current position. I have learned to handle my finances and pay my debts on time. My car is paid off and in great condition. My house is valued at $300,000 in Highland Park, a very desirable St.Paul neigborhood and I owe 265,000. My family owns a nice lake home in the suburb of St.Paul and has always been there help.
