About me
I am the mother of a 14 year old son who will be going to high school in September.  I have an A.S. in Business and will be graduating in December with my B.A. in Psychology.  I would eventually like to get my Masters in Counseling. Due to the death of my grandfather, I became the owner of his home and after much needed renovations; it is now a rental property.

My Job
I am a full-time Specialist at a government agency, and have been there for 6 years; annual salary of $45,700.I also have a part-time job as a dispatcher; annual salary of  $8,448.

How I got in this mess
June 2005 my fiancee was laid off and I became responsible for all the bills; which included both car notes, both car insurance payments, and all the basic household bills.  He did receive unemployment, but that was delayed for an additional 6 weeks from the date he qualified.  Once he starting working again, catching up was the hard part.  I still had household expenses, and whatever personal expenses that I had to cover.  And like many others, I went to the payday lending companies and the vicious cycle began.  When I got paid, I wouldn?t have enough cash to pay both the lending companies and my other bills.  It has been very difficult trying to recover from that.  However, I am working very hard to turn things around and get back on track financially.  That is why I got a part-time job.  My credit grade is E because I have some delinquencies; and I am in the process of clearing up everything.  Prior to my mess, my score was a 640.  Not that great, but much better than the 540 it currently is.

Use of Loan & Budget
If I get this loan, my first goal is to pay the payday companies in full, and take my name off their list so this never happens again.  Believe me, I have learned my lesson!  I will catch up on all of my immediately household expenses and begin to breathe again.  The monthly payment to Prosper would be so much lower than what I?m paying in finances fees alone for these companies.  I am confident that I would definitely be able to repay Prosper well before the 3 year period.

Monthly net income  (Combined annual salary is approximately $66800)
Full-time job - $2756
Part-time job - $  600
Rental          - $  875
Child support - $ 183    Total $4414

Monthly Budget (after payday loans are paid)
Mortgage                  $530
Utilities                     $250
Car payment             $304
Car ins.                    $100
Gas                         $  50
Chase/Citi/Wal-Mart  $500
Macys                      $200
Food                         $200  Total $2134   (Remaining $2280)

I thank you in advance for your time, consideration and investment, in allowing me to take care of these issues and get myself back on track. I won?t let you down.
