Hello I'm back, I had a loan through prosper that i just paid off last week for $8500.
It helped me raise My score and refi my house. Now I want another loan to finish
a remoldel on the house. When its finished I will have around $75,000 in equity, and
I will be refinancing at years end to pay off the loan. Exactly as I previously did with My other prosper loans,
payments will be made on time and the loan will be paid early.


The deliquencies shown on my credit are no longer deliquent they were
all included in a chap 13 filed in 2002 and compleated in Feb of 2006. I
have had 2 small credit union auto loans since then, and my mortgage
was also refinanced in March 2006. My dti is less than 15% on an yearly
income of over 120 k.


I have been at my job over 13 years, 6 at the present location and my
income has been very consistant over the last four years. I have
$75,000 equity in my home, and over 75k in retirement accounts. The
chap 13 filing was the result of an auto accident in 2001 invoving my
wife and no medical insurance.

I've been at my address for 8 years and I have been married with 2 kids for 14 years.
