Purpose of loan:
First of all I would like to say THANK YOU FOR FUNDING MY PREVIOUS LOAN. It helped me make significant strides in my business.

THANK YOU TO ALL THAT BIDDED ON THIS LOAN THE FIRST TIME.
PROSPER CANCELLED MY LAST LISTING THAT WAS 100% FUNDED.  STATING THAT ALL MY INCOME COULDN'T BE VERIFIED?  SO TO AVOID HAVING TO GO THROUGH THAT AGAIN, I LISTED MY INCOME FROM WHAT THEY COULD VERIFY WITHOUT HAVING TO GO THROUGH A LOT MORE RED TAPE AND PREVENTING THEM FROM CANCELLING AGAIN.

NOTE: MY CREDIT GRADE WENT DOWN ONE LETTER GRADE DUE TO THE PREVIOUS PROSPER LOAN AND ACQUIRING A COUPLE OF NEW CREDIT CARDS.  MY CREDIT HISTORY HAS BEEN FLAWLESS SINCE OBTAINING THE LAST LOAN, NO LATES, NO OVERRAGES ON CREDIT CARDS, ALL BILLS PAID ON TIME, BEFORE TIME AND MORE THAN THE MINIMUM.

The purpose of obtaining this loan is to complete my showroom within the office.  We have expanded greatly and this showroom will speak volumes to our clientele as well as show our full capabilities. UPDATE: The showroom's total cost for rennovation and products is: $17,000, I have $11,500 (was $8,000) of my own set aside for this project (able to secure additional funding over the weekend). 

I own a promotional marketing/event marketing entity in which we produce items such as t shirts, backpacks, pens, postcards, business cards, hats, banners and approximately 500,000 other promos.  We put together packages and event merchandise for clients to give away. As well as work with several different companies in composing sales incentives, fundraisers, employee awards, safety programs, golf outing merchandise....

My financial situation:
I have chosen this route for funding instead of having my credit report bombarded with a plethora of inquiries.
My previous credit situation suffered a little and I have bounced back from 2 car accidents, 1 in early 2003 and 1 in mid 2004, which sidelined my full potential to grow the business for a period of time. My prosper loans are my 1st priority with automatic withdrawal from my account, my credit is very important to me and I wish for its good standing to continue to grow.

That leaves $1600+ a month for new loan.
