Purpose of loan:
This loan will be used as a direct personal loan to pay off the Dept of Education. 16 years ago my loans where unfairly
thrown into default while I was on medical leave. Within 6 months they where sold twice increasing the debt by more than
$10,000. The University and my doctor intervened but to no avail. The dept would not reverse it's decision or grant me a hearing
to come to a settlement. Finally I was forced to declare bankrupcy and that convinced them there was no point in harassing me any longer. Now 16 yrs later they are back demanding $40,000 dollars or a lump sum payment of $22,000 to settle the matter. I just want it to be over and need help in solving this problem.

My financial situation:
I am a good candidate for this loan because I am financially stable and make a good living I've had the same job for 15 years. I purchased my condo 3 years ago and will shortly earn a 2.5% ownership interest in both the Heron House and The Heron house Court Guesthouses(worth about $250,000) I currently have $37,000 in my simple IRA. My Monthly budget is below and my current income is $111000.00 per year.
Monthly Income: $8586.00
