Purpose of loan:
I have completed all degree requirements for a Ph.D. at Harvard University and have taken a good research job after defending my dissertation (I would be happy to provide potential lenders with verification that I have completed my degree requirements).  In order to receive my diploma, I must pay the balance of my term bill.  I hope to find an individual(s) willing to lend me the money necessary to do so, bearing in mind that I am a securely-employed loan candidate with a high-paying job and will take very seriously his obligation to repay this loan.

My financial situation:
I have a secure, well-paying job and would not be using these funds frivolously.  Rather, I would use them to pay the remainder of my financial obligation to Harvard so that I can be awarded my diploma.  My financial history is not perfect, but I have learned from my mistakes, and I look forward to meeting the repayment obligations of this loan in a responsible and timely fashion.
