Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off our home equity line of credit. We are looking to sell our house and we need as much equity flexibility as possible in a buyers market. We also would prefer to receive this loan from a social lending network than from a traditional bank. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because my wife and I are hard working professionals in secure jobs. We have been working in our respective industries for a combined 12 years. We currently own a home in the suburbs and each have a 1hr+ commute to work. We want to move back into the city again to cut down on travel time and transportation costs. We are committed to getting out of debt completely and take loans very seriously. |
