Purpose of loan: This loan will be used for multiple purposes. Our business, Superior Professional Services (SPS), is presently doing commercial and residential carpet maintenance, cleaning and stretching as well as commercial vinyl tile maintenance. We will be doing carpet installation soon. Check out spscarpet.com. More tools are needed for the carpet installation such as power stretchers, etc. Since business has expanded, we need more floor buffers and stripers. Also, I want to consolidate a couple of bills. My financial situation: I don't show an income as far as prosper is concerned because the business income is reinvested back into the company. My wife works as an integration analyst and software developer for a very stable company and makes over $85,000. So her income pays our personal expenses while the business is being built. As you can see this is my 2nd prosper loan and have never been late. In fact the payments are paid ahead of time. My credit shows NO Delinquencies as well.
