I have to start off with this: For any of you that may have looked at my last attempt to apply for this loan or who did bid on my last listing (which expired before fully funded), you saw that my DTI was >1000.  I could not figure out for the life of me why this was the case.  When I went back through my info, I noticed that I had made a typo on my income.  I put in a figure of 30, instead of 30000.  Obviously, that would have skewed things a little.  Anyway, the error is fixed, as you can see on my DTI.  Please take into consideration that my wife's income helps pay our bills also, which is not in this DTI.  Most of our bills our under my name (truck pmt, most CC's, utility bills, etc) Thanks
My wife and I are trying to pay off high interest credit cards, more of them.  We are getting by every month, but want to get rid of the debt.
My wife and I have recently changed jobs.  If you look at our other listing, you will see that we were in the real estate market, which as you know is really down.  I still have my real estate license, and have one listing.
The job I changed to, I realized last fall, is what I truly want to do.  I work for Chick-fil-A as a GM.  I am pursuing a career with the company, to one day operate my own store.  My wife is working as a Property Manager at an apartment complex and is loving it

We plan to obtain the loan in the same comfort zone of pmts as we are paying now, just at a better rate. The main reason my credit is an A, is because of the young credit history. I am 24 yrs old, and a recent college grad (2005). I have never gone into default or been delinquent on any account. Below is a list of our credit card debt. We bought a house (in my name) in March 2007, we have one car pmt, and two student loan payments each month.
The main purpose of this loan is to continue to become debt free. My wife and I just want to live better financially than "month to month." We want to put more into savings. If you have any questions, please ask.
A lot of the info here is similar to our previous listing because not much has changed.  We have been timely on all of our Prosper pmts, and have no reason not to be on any future.
