Purpose of loan: The purpose of this loan is to build up more credit and invest more in the domain marketplace. My first prosper loan was paid in full within 2 months and I have started to use my credit card to pay for everything, but still pay it off every month. I also pay for all the bills at my house, but they are in my roommates name so I am not building credit from that. I have one credit card that I use to pay for everything, but I pay it off at the end of every month (sometimes every 2 weeks). The domain marketplace is getting to be very big now. I make over 50% on all investments I make, but right now I am just flipping the domains (meaning I buy them and then sell them to resellers for huge profits). I have been investing in domains for about 4 years now. I own websites lotk.com, ihavetotell.com, and makemoneysleeping.com They don't make very much money, but it is still revenue coming in. I also sell domains through ebay (my user is stlwholesalesunglasses if you want to check out my auction(s)). My financial situation: My financial situation is great. The only loan I have right now is a $9400 car loan, but I have paid $4733 on it already and have only had it for 4 months. I live with three other guys, so my bills are to a minimum. Work: I have worked for the same company since April 2007. I was a development intern until mid September, when I was hired full-time. I am also a full time student at SIUE (Southern Illinois University Edwardsville) and expect to graduate in May 2008. Monthly net income: $2434 after taxes/health/dental ($42,000/year before taxes) but am also getting a raise when I graduate in 4-5 weeks. Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 233.34 Car loan: $192.00 Insurance: $ 100.00 Utilities: $ 40 to 60 Phone, cable, internet: $ 25.00 (parents pay family cell phone plan) Food, entertainment: $ 500.00 (probably not even near this much, but to stay on the safe side) Clothing, household expenses $ 0 Credit cards and other loans: $ 0 (pay my credit card off every month (money to pay off credit card comes from "Food, entertainment" expenses) Other expenses: $ 0 As you can see, my total monthly expenses are less than $1110.34 (max) per month and I bring in $2434 per month after everything is taken out. Please note that my income is not including any money made from domains/websites. Please let me know if you have any questions. |
