Purpose of loan: This loan will help me consolidate the last of my credit cards and doctor fees. Also I'm going to school for construction management and this will help me get through the 1st year of school cost also. I will be asking to borrow $10,000 $6000 for Credit cards which are 22% ( Some of this bill was from my physical therapy visits and medicine) $3000 for my Schooling ( to pay for books and classes my 1st year) $1000 for my Doctor fee (Carpel Tunnel Surgery balance and visits) The remaining $5,000 that is showing on my revolving credit balance is 2 credit cards I'm co-signed with my brother which he has been paying them down the last few months. ( I only stay on there with him since its was my 1st 2 credit lines so I needed them for the history). My financial situation: My current loan with Prosper has been paid on time since I was funded never missed a payment (8month). I will be a Journeyman Carpenter by June 1st 2008 and will receive a $7.55 raise per hr. I'm my profession there is down time and right now is the down time for my company so I went and had my Carpel Tunnel Surgery done and been off from work the last 3 weeks. I will be off for the next 2-4 more weeks recovering and we have a return date to work on 04-21-08. Monthly net income: $ Gross income from my main union job: $4832 Net income from my main union job: $3284 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 600 Insurance: $ 100 Car expenses: $ 653 (25 months left on loan) also I will be trading in with in the next 6 months and buying something cheaper Utilities: $ 0 Phone, cable, internet: $ 80 Food, entertainment: $ 200 Clothing, household expenses $ 100 Other expenses: $ 100 Prosper Loan: $332 (28 month left on loan) Subtotal Expenses: $2165 Cash flow: Net income $3284 - Expenses $2165 = $1119 Of this $1119 I've been spending $600-$800 on my C.C. debts and paying a little extra on my car loan. Also I've been saving a avg of $200 a month into my saving for the rough times which I'd like to continue doing. |
