Hello And Welcome! Thank you for viewing my listing. In just a few moments, you?ll see why I?m a solid investment worthy of your attention. Why I?m Applying For This Loan Since I graduated from college in May 2007, I have been trying to start up a small service business. During that time, I have covered my business and living expenses with about $10,000 that I saved up while working before entering college. Unfortunately, the business hasn?t taken off as I had hoped, and almost all of my savings are now gone. I?m requesting this loan to help cover short-term financial obligations while I shut down the business and obtain regular full-time employment. Why I?m A Good Candidate For This Loan Reason #1: I Have A Perfect Credit History I have always paid my bills in full and on time. And I?m proud to say that I?ve never taken money from my parents, family members, or friends to support myself after graduating from college. I fully intend to maintain my perfect credit rating, as it is a great asset. My impeccable track record should give you the confidence to invest in me. Reason #2: My Financial Situation Is Stable I was fortunate to graduate from college completely debt-free?my parents paid for my educational expenses and gave me one of the family cars to keep. And, because of this? Reason #3: My Living Expenses Are Low My living expenses total just under $1,100 per month. With the potential monthly loan payment of $455, I?ll have $1,550 in expenses each month?not a difficult amount to cover at all. Here is my monthly expense budget in detail: Food/Personal Care: $200.00 Transportation (1): $230.00 Rent: $465.00 Health Insurance: $115.00 Medical Expenses (2): $33.33 Miscellaneous/Unexpected: $50.00 (1): Includes parking ramp fees, gas, car insurance, and misc. maintenance costs. (2): I budget for two doctor and two dental visits per year at an assumed cost of $100.00 each; the figure shown is that $400.00 divided by 12 I have requested $10,000 mainly to ensure I can cover my monthly expenses (including my Prosper loan payment, of course) for six months and have a reserve in case an emergency situation arises. I highly doubt it will take that long for me to obtain a great job, but on the off chance it does, I want to be certain I can meet my Prosper obligations. If you have any questions, please inquire below. Thanks for your consideration! |
