I am an able and established massage therapist in need of a newly renovated room. My current massage room's walls are thin and the noise from the new adjoining accountant's business is clearly heard, crude jokes and all. The noise had gotten to the point to which a client would stop a session and walk out the door (not paying).
I have good enough credit rating for my loan to be considered by banks, but I would prefer *real* people to take interest recieved from my loan. I have enough monthly income to cover the payments, but not the $5000 needed to redo my walls my massage room. (and I would prefer not to use plastic either). I will make prosper monthly payments a priority.
