Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to purchase a well established business with good positive cash flow. This business provides carpet cleaning services to real estate management companies. The business has a net positive cash flow of $92,000 per year which has been verified through financials. The price of the business is $50,000. The current owner is selling the business to retire. I have been in negotiations with him over the last three months and we have now reached the current sales price listed above. I will continue to teach part time and work on the business during the afternoons.
