2nd Try for Business Equipment

Ok, this is my second try at this. I mistakenly listed my first post under Personal Loan rather than Business Loan and maybe I didn't give enough detail. I also raised the interest a bit. Hopefully this time I address all questions and concerns. Please ask me for more clarification if needed.
I am the owner of a successful boarding kennel and grooming salon. I started my business about 8 years ago by taking out a Home Equity Line of Credit to build my kennel and several credit lines for equipment and supplies. I budgeted well and was still working a full time job in addition to managing my kennel.
I pay all of my bills (personal and business debt) on time and have always maintained my good credit.
About 3 years ago, I became profitable enough to retire early from my full time job with the Federal Government and now I devote all my free time to my kennel. At about the same time, I began making my own all-natural dog treats for my dogs, as well my client's dogs, in my own home kitchen. The treats have become very popular with my clients and so I decided to expand my business to include the sale of the dog treats. I can no longer keep up with demand in my home kitchen, so...
I will use this loan to purchase a used commercial mixer and used commercial oven.
One question that was asked of me in my previous listing  was regarding my high revolving credit. Prosper is showing $324k as revolving debt, of which about $280k is my HELOC. I have also paid down my CC debt to about $25k. It's possible, though unlikely that the remaining $19k is from credit lines that I have with various wholesale Pet/Grooming Suppliers. Those balances vary drastically from month to month and are RARELY more than $10k. Also, my previous Monthly Income and Expenses showed about $4000 disposable income. Seems like a lot of disposable monthly income, so why don't I just buy the equipment outright? Well, being a business owner, it is a tax benefit to write off the interest.  I Also failed to mention in my last listing that I eat and feed my family, put gas in our vehicles, buy clothes, pay hefty utility bills (electricity, gas and water) for both my home and business and I have other investments.
A more accurate figure for my monthly disposable income is probably closer to $1000 per month. This Prosper Loan payment will be about $300.
The following is a more accurate Monthly Income and Expenses:

Mortgage:1200
SBA Loan: 700
HELOC: 500
Credit Cards: 700
Lines of Credit (Business Supplies): 250
Cars (2): 640
Employees: 5000
Utilities (gas, electric, water): 500
Gas (Vehicles): 400
Food, Clothing, Household: 600
Leisure and Needy Children!: 500
Total Expenses: 11,690
Income: 13,000 =
$1310
