Hi there! My wife is looking to become a full time voice over artist by the end of this year. In order to do so, she needs to get her demos redone and up to Los Angeles quality. She has trained with the best for the past 2 years and now is ready to move onwards and upwards. She books regularly through online websites, has regular clients that love her, and has agents in Chicago & Texas. With getting these demos, she'll be able to move forward and get work on a national level. Loan Breakdown: $1200 - Commercial Demo $1200 - Animation Demo $1100 - Interactive (Video Game) Demo $1400 - Promos Demo (ex. "coming up next on the Disney Channel) === LOAN TOTAL = $4900 We are hoping to get a loan for this so that we do not end up needing to charge it. We are good payers as you can see and have almost Monthly budget: Income: $7500 approximate net income (wife and mine) Budget: $1900 rent for our apartment (because who can own in Los Angeles?! hah!) $250 for utilities $130 for our family plan cell phones, our land line, and DSL $193 for our school loans (consolidated prior to graduating) $654 for both car loans and auto insurance $125 for gas $250 for groceries $50 for renters insurance $40 for the one school loan that's separate $50 to savings account $250 for misc spending ------ $3892 = monthly expenses That leaves us with $3608. This will be divided between the credit card balances (only two - one we pay off every month and one that is floating at 0% interest with a balance of $8k) and our Prosper loans (our current one that is half paid off and this one should we be successful!) I believe my credit rating went down because we bought a new car last month. My wife and I now commute in 2 different directions so a new car was necessary. As you can see, my income has greatly increased since my last Prosper loan as I have changed companies and been promoted twice since starting there 7 months ago. I am now a Lead Engineer. My wife is also working a nicer job and is bringing in a lot more money doing voice over as well. Please do consider this loan. I know the interest rate is on the low side, but any higher than this and there is no point. It'd be just as high as our credit cards! The whole point of this loan is to keep it at or below credit card level. Also - as you can see from my other loan activity, I am a good investment. Never a late payment! Being a voice over artist is a lucrative career. As I said before, my wife knows her stuff. She's been training with the very best out here and has already been booking numerous gigs, has agents across the country, etc. These demos will bring her up for even bigger gigs and agents. It's been her dream since she was 13 years old. Help her to fulfill her dream and start a big career! |
