I see propser.com as an excellent opportunity to get us back on track financially and pay off my final few creditors to continue improving my credit situation. As I was initially eager to obtain a larger loan amount to consolidate all debt at once, I have had some time to evaluate what investors here are looking for, and have scaled back my plans and am requesting a smaller loan, which I believe will still allow us to accomplish our financial goals on a smaller scale. I am requesting this loan to pay off a couple items that will continue to improve my credit standing. I will have no problem satisfying the terms of this loan as I currently make $100k per year with just over $6500 take home per month. My current expenses run about $5100 per month. The debt this loan would eliminate would include about $500 per month in payments to creditors and only adds back $353 monthly to service this loan. This is basically a wash, but it allows me to sever my ties with these aforementioned creditors and have a solid piece of mind for my family that these items are behind us.
