Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to buy a home. We have found a great deal and are $4000 short to out right buy this mobile home. My financial situation: I work for the University of Utah in a steady reliable job. My husband has a good job as a probation officer for 10 years. We are both in a good position. I will be a good risk because I have only 2 debts while trying to rebuild our credit. I honestly do not know what the 4 delinquencies are on my credit report. I did get a copy and there are 2 incorrect times but neither of these are delinquencies. I do have another prosper loan that is 100% ontime and I only have 1 credit card with a $300 limit and then the other prosper loan. Everything else as included in our bankruptcy that was discharged last year. We paid all debts back at 100% plus 3% in less than 3 years. This was a major accoplisment for us since only about 20% of those that file bankruptcy actually finish the plan. We have been VERY careful as to not go over board with credit and debt. This is why we are trying to slowly rebuild our credit one account at a time. Monthly net income: $1500 for myself and $2200 for my husband for a total of $3700 Monthly expenses: $ Housing: $ 650 Insurance: $ 120 Car expenses: $200 Utilities: $ 50 Phone, cable, internet: $ 220 Food, entertainment: $ 300 Clothing, household expenses $ 200 Credit cards and other loans: $ 200 Other expenses: $ 90 |
