My name is Anthony. I am 19 years old. I own a small computer company that is currently based strictly on word of mouth advertising. Currently I sell 1-2 computer systems and do 5-10 repairs a month. I own 2 houses and rent 6 of the 7 rooms out and live in the 7th. I make $440 profit from the houses and $200-400 a month from the computer company. My only expenses are food and paying off a credit card machine lease. Food is only $100-200 a month depending how often I eat out. The reason my credit rating is so low is because I signed a credit card machine lease 2 weeks after I turned 18 and trusted the sales person over what the lease actually said and now I'm stuck with it. I didn't pay on the lease because the company that I got the credit card machine from would never take my calls and wouldn't work with me like they promised. They sold the lease and then went out of business. So now I have to work with this new company and they aren't very helpful either so now they have posted to my credit report that my account is delinquent. I am trying to get it fixed but it is taking a long time. I learned my lesson and now read everything thoroughly instead of trusting salesmen. The reason I need this loan is because I would like to do some advertising for my computer company and buy a new computer since my current one is 5 years old and doesn't meet my businesses needs. I need $1000 for the new computer and $1000 for television advertising which airs my commercial 3 times daily for a month on a local channel. I originally was asking for $2000 for advertising so that I could do 2 months but after the first month I should be able to easily afford each month after that. This loan is $80 a month, food is a maximum of $200, and right now the agreement for the credit card machine lease is $300 a month for the next 12 months. That is only $580 a month and I make $640-840 right now. The added advertising will at very least double my current business bringing me $840-1040 a month. I also have $5000 in CDs(Certificates of Deposit not Compact Disc) so I have those as a back up for paying off this loan. Thank you for reviewing my listing. |
