Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to?To use for a new bedroom and bathroom, i need to use this money for repairs to my home, I have to build a new room for my (newest additon) to my family my new stepson, I met a incredible woman to be my wife and i need to get this done in the next few month and my 3 sons will be happy with there new step brother. My family is my life and God has brang us all together. I am a Christian man with morals and will pay this loan on time... Just look at my credit - i have NO DQ or LATES and a (A) score.......... My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because? I pay my bills, always on time, and i have a (A) credit rating i have been at my job for around 4 years and i been in the same field of work for 20 plus years. I was on here before to borrow but i had a (D score is not because of bad credit it was of being over the 50% on my credit cards, i paid them off and i owe around $600.00 on one credit card. I am buying out my partner on a home that we are in partnership with, ( I live in the home and want to buy out there interest in the home), I need to do work in the home to get ready for my stepson and my future wife so they can move in. I am building a new bedroom for my new stepson, and fixing up the boys bathroom, there is a lot of work that has already been done and this is the only thing that i need to finish. Please help me to get this done, thank you for your time...... After all my bills are paid i will have around $500 left to pay this loan off. I used my earned income credit to pay my credit cards off. That was the money i was going to use to do the repairs with and build the bedroom with, when i was on here before i was looking for a loan to pay my credit cards off. Now i need the money for the repairs, the good news i have a (A) credit score, and i am debt freeeeeeeeeee.
