Thank you for taking the time to review my loan request. All of my information has been verified by my group leader. My DTI would be lower if certain factors were considered including having a roommate which offsets some of the utilities and rent cost. A would also like to add that I have never been late on any payments in the past.
The purpose for my loan is for household improvements and landscaping. I am currently renting a house with an agreement to purchase it with the monthly rent going towards the purchase. Here is a brief rundown of my monthly budget.
$250 rent
$200 month utilities (power, phone, cable)
$450 month car payment (2003 jeep liberty)
$100 month food
$75 month unsecured credit cards
$100 month gas
$1175 Monthly expenses
$2400 Monthly pre-tax income
$1225 extra income
