Talk about your self. I?m a stay at-home mom with 2 canine kids ?Addi? and ?Mi-Mi?. They are Greyhound rescues from Florida however I always let people know I didn?t rescue them. Talk about your income: My income is one that is fixed. Every month I receive $1,268.00 from SSDI. Talk about your Credit, good or bad, and give a budge chart listing your Income and Expenses. Although my credit grade is an ?A?, I feel that I qualify as one in need of building credit worthiness to meet and exceed an "AA" credit grade. This is an excellent opportunity and I am up for the challenge. My $305.86 monthly car note is the extent of my expenses therefor leaving $962.14 per month to use toward my monthly Prosper loan. My husband handles all other expenses separately. Explain why you need the loan and/or how it will be used. I need a loan for start-up monies that will cover acquisition cost, deposit and closing fees, repairs, plus a host of other cost associated with the purchase and remodeling of rental properties.
