I'm looking for a small loan to help me finish the basement in my new house. With the money I'll build two more bedrooms and finish the downstairs bathroom. This will add a good deal of equity to my home and raise the value. I make a good candidate for this loan because I have been employed for almost 2 years with regular raises and have incredibly job security given the lack of people in my area with my skillset. I know I don't have a great credit rating right now but most of that is due to lack of credit history in the past few years as well as inquiries involved in getting the mortgage on my house which was a long drawn out ordeal. Attached are some pictures of the home I wish to improve. |
