Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off a few small balances on credit cards and catch up all bills so that I can get back on track. I have been out of work for a year and a half due to a medical emergency. I used family sick leave, short term and long term disability to stay no track and have done a great job. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I am back to work with a steady income to be able to pay it back. I have one account that reports as delinquent, however, it has already been brought up to current. Also, the majority of the revolving debt that I have comes from a Home Equity Line of Credit that I have. We used a large portion of this to pay for my son's wedding that took place last year. When these cards are closed out and paid for, I intend to refinance the my home and home equity line of credit into one payment on a 30 yr mortgage. I currently have a 15 yr mortgage, thus a higher payment. Please help me accomplish all of this and be debt free in the next five years! The figures below represent $1600.00 in housing that is covered by my husband's income. Therefore, the additional income that I have will now go towards paying off debt and paying down our equity line until we refinance. The D credit rating is a product of significant balances on outstanding revolving accounts, but an otherwise excellent payment history has been illustrated.
