Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off my credits cards. I have two credit cards with variable rates that I would like to get rid of. I have a really good credit history that I am very proud of. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I will not be increasing my debt with this loan, only restructuring it. I know I can make this monthly payment because I have just recently paid off my truck, so I now have the extra money every month that would normally be going to that. I also always have a few thousand dollars in savings that I keep in case of an emergency. Besides all this I am also a lender on prosper. My account is worth a little under $4000 right now, so if i need to i could use this money to help pay this loan although i plan on leaving this money in prosper. Monthly net income: $2300 Monthly expenses with this loan: $1600 Housing: $ 785 Insurance: $ 75 Car expenses: $ 100 (gas) Utilities: $ 110 Phone $ 55 (cell) Food, entertainment: $ 100 Credit cards and other loans: $ 50 Prosper Loan: 325 Note: I have roughly $700 left over every month. I usually put whatever extra i can towards my mortgage, although if i get this loan i will use it to pay this loan off sooner |
