Hello there, looking to build some additional credit. As you can see my debt-to-income is very low and i don't have any revolving or installment debt, just a mortgage. I'm starting off the rate at a rather high amount to compensate the lenders as well as to see if the market will drive down the rate hopefully, i guess we'll see. Thanks for your time, Thomas |
