Purpose of loan: This loan will be invested in a very low risk investment with a very high rate of return. The investment is highly liquid and I would be able to pay the loan in full at any time if need be. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because the loan is fully backed by other assets that I hold and the investment is very low risk. I have nearly $1,000 invested in Prosper loans, an IRA account, a 401k account, and two Certificates of Deposit. Additionally, I have a steady job and very low expenses. My DTI ratio is a misrepresentation because I have approximately $5,000 at a fixed low rate on a credit card held in a third Certificate of Deposit. Excluding the $5,000, I have only $150 on my credit cards, which I will pay off before the due date. I always pay my credit card balances in full and I have never had a late payment. |
