Purpose of loan: Pay off a high-rate business credit card AND dramatically pay down the loan on an auto used for business.(explain what you will be using this loan for) My financial situation: My first Prosper loan cleaned up the worst problems on the personal side of my financial picture. With this second Prosper loan I will pay off for good a business credit card with a ridiculously high rate of nearly 38%. I will also pay down dramatically the loan on the car I use for business, which I am currently upside down on due to my heavy business driving needs. Consolidating these two loans (in addition to the end of having to pay child support of $800/month as of June 1, 2008) will be the icing on the cake of my financial resurrection. Add in the ongoing revival of my remote mortgage closing business to 2006 levels -- and I will have a very easy time maintaining a perfect payment record on my second Prosper loan, just like I've had on my first Prosper loan.
