Purpose of loan:
I want to Fix Up Another Forclosed Home That I Just Purchased My financial situation: As you can see I have great credit, I can easily get this loan from any bank, but why should the banks make money off of me. I will spend over $10,000 of my own personal money on this venture but my shortfall will be between 5 to 8K to finish this project. I will have no problem coming up with another 10K in the next 6 months but I do not want to run short. Because every day I delay could cost about $150.00 in profits. This is the 5th time I am buying a foreclosed home and the 3rd time prosper has come into the picture. My 1st loan was paid off in full in less than 1 year not 3. My second loan is better than current it is paid way ahead and hopefully will be paid off by this week and I hope to do the same this with this 3rd loan.. PLEASE NOTE : There is only 1 Outstanding Debt , This is a Hospital Bill that had not been paid by My Insurance Company and the Hospital Refuses to re-bill so I am refusing to pay it. I do not believe I owe this money out of my pocket, my Insurance premiums were always paid on time the insurance company just asked to be re-billed and the hospital turned it over to a collection agency who says they can not do anything about it. So why should I do anything about it ? I Hope you understand. My monthly budget: Mortgage/rent: $2300 Insurance: $ included Car expenses: $350 Utilities: $300 Phone, cable, internet: $100 Food, entertainment: $300 Clothing, household expenses $100 Credit cards and other loan payments: $200 Other expenses: $100 --------------------------------------- Total monthly expenses: $3750.00 |
