Hello and thank you for reading my loan listing. My home was hit by lightning in August of 2007 and it destroyed my 4 ton Air Conditioning and Heating unit for my downstairs. I have just closed the claim with the insurance company and because of them haggling over every last item, I am well short of the cash I will need for a new system because of other repairs that I have to make to my home because of the damage that was done. After talking with several different Air Conditioning vendors, Sears turned out to be the best option and pricing for the type of system I need to cover over 1600 sqft of space. The cost for the entire project is $9,200 and I can be completed in less than a week. With summer approaching in Texas, I desperately need to get a new system installed. I do have a Sears credit account, but the limit is only $1,000 and I am unable to get Sears to extend credit for the full amount of the new system, which is why I have turned to Prosper. I do have another loan of which I have a perfect payment history as to prove my credit-worthiness. Thank you for supporting me and my home! |
