Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to open, and operate a clinical spa. Our philosophy is to provide our clients with the most advanced clinical-aesthetic services through a pioneering and innovative approach in a results-oriented, client-focused environment. The X Factor Clinical Spa Sanctuary is dedicated to assisting our patients in achieving visible and lasting results in the way their skin looks, acts, and feels. This integrated approach is achieved by highly trained staff using the most clinically advanced procedures and holistic products customized to each individual patient for a long-term plan of skincare and treatments. This practice will educate patients on being proactive and preventative when it comes to their overall skin health. Proactive action will be encouraged by educating our patients as to how to take care of their skin with quality skin care and routine services. Preventative action, like using a sun-block everyday, can make a big difference between corrective, and costly action ten to fifteen years later. Our innovative approach will use technology such as galvanic therapy, which transfers energy into the body and causes a reaction to the stimulus that is healing. The concept of using energy to stimulate healing has been well documented and studied, dating back to the early 1900's. Ultrasound will also be used, which is designed to stimulate maximum thickening of the skin, normalization and improvement of collagen and elastin, better control of pigment production, restoration of normal blood flow and proper oxygenation of the skin. This is achieved by enhancing the penetration of vitamins and minerals into the cellular level of the skin to make the skin more resilient and radiant, thus repairing fine lines and tightening the skin; giving the skin a younger and healthier look. The X Factor Clinical Spa Sanctuary is a practice where clinical results will be achieved, in the comfort of a luxurious environment. It won?t be medicinal like a medi-spa, but will provide clinical services, with the use of Cosmeceuticals, which are medical grade products. These products are not sold in department stores, and drug stores, but instead are prescribed for each client, to address their individual needs. We want our clients to achieve great skin, and our intention is that we help you get it with effective products and services; and enjoy the entire process with just a little pampering, or maybe a lot. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have been a practicing nurse for 22 years, and a practicing aesthetician for 6 years. I have worked with the best dermatologists, and plastic surgeons in their field, gaining valuable training and exposure. I have also gained a following after 6 years of being in the industry, and recognize that there is void that me and my practice can fulfill.
