Purpose of loan: I will use the funds to purchase inventory for my wifes business and to provide working capital. My financial situation: First I will explain the Public Record. It is a bankruptcy from the a couple of years ago. I started a small trucking company and did not structure it correctly. A driver had an accident and I was personally sued. I had no option but to file in order to protect my personal assets. The delinquencies that show currently are left over from the bankruptcy (Medical Bills). I am working to get those cleared off.
