Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to pay off my high interest credit cards. Also, I have been current and no delinquency on any of my bills. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have had the same current job for 8 years. The reason my DTI ratio is so high is because our mortgage and some credit cards are joint accounts with my husband, but his income is not included in my listing. I would like to get a loan by myself and not include my husband's income. If I did include his salary, my DTI ratio would be alot lower. Hopefully, I will be successful with my listing. |
