WA State Max interest rate 24% Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to help restructure my debt. Instead of paying 5 different bills monthly, I will pay one to Prosper. I will save $128/mo right away. Currently Paying $193/mo, will become $65/mo with this loan = $128/mo savings. Loans to be paid off: Amount Payment Dynacare $487 $50 First premier $250 $25 Nickel Publ. $169 $25 Thunder Ridge $340 $43 Verizon NW $347 $50 $1,593 $193/mo My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I am hard working, responsible and want to pay off the money that I have borrowed. I am a successful financial consultant self-employed for the last 5.75 years. Before that I worked in a local CPA firm. I have passed the CPA exam and I am a graduate of U of WA Business School, with an emphasis in Accounting. In terms of the derogs, I have not had a late since December 2005, when we sold a rental house for good profit that wasn?t performing well on the monthly rental income. My wife and I recently added two bedrooms to our home to have room for Special Needs Foster Care children. With these two rooms, we have added a tax-free income of $3,000/mo. The Foster care income exceeds typical State Children's Services' pay due to it being for Special Needs children and through a private agency. I also recently bought a small sales office (for my professional self-employed business) and had it moved to our property. Instead of renting office space at $1,400 a month, my office space is now rent-free. I am looking forward to applying the cost savings from this office move and the Foster Care income to easily repay this prosper loan. We are trying to make wise financial moves and this loan would greatly help. Thank you for your consideration! Monthly net income: $ 9,757 self-employment + $ 3,000 foster care (private agency) = $ 12,757 Monthly expenses: Housing: $ 3,950 Insurance: $ 180 Car expenses: $ 200 Utilities: $ 245 Phone, cable, internet, Cell: $ 182 Food, entertainment: $ 386 Clothing, household expenses $ 100 Credit cards and other loans: $ 765 (this is including the new Prosper pymt of approx. $65/mo) Total $ 6,008 |
