I am the Co-Owner and Operator of Second Chance Homes, LLC, which operates out of West Michigan. We buy and sell houses and have been in business since January of 2004. Our typical investment includes buying an "ugly" house, repairing it, and reselling.
We are scheduled to close on our next property August 17. The funds acquired through Prosper will be used as additional rehab and holding costs. The purchase price of the property in addition to the loan through Prosper will yeild a 68% ARV (After Repaired Value). The property will provided more than enough equity to cover the loan granted through Prosper as well as the purchase price of the property.
