My 1994 Grand Cherokee recently blew a radiator, among other things. I can get another year out of this car, for sure, so I decided to just fix it up and drive it until it completely dies, rather than seek out a new car. The repair bill required more money than I had saved up for such emergencies, so I had to charge the bill on a credit card with a (relatively) high credit card. I'm seeking a loan from Prosper to pay off that credit card bill quickly. I am a lender and group leader here, and am very happy to use the Prosper Community to pay off this debt, rather than use my credit cards. My DTI ratio is very low, my income is very good (I am a patent examiner in the DC area), and have never had any delinquencies. I'm just seeking to avoid high interest on my credit card. It will also be good to get a perspective from the borrower's side.
