I'm a semiretired investor that is looking for alternate sources of
funds to convert rehab cost in to fix rate loans. I ran across this
site in INC. magazine and found the concept to be interesting and
decided to test new waters even though I'd prefer longer loan terms.
The rate I'm willing to pay isn't as high as seems to be average here
but I have access to private funds at this rate and want to see if the
folks here will give me a better rate. |
