Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to re-paint house, landscape yard, new carpet, and general upkeep of 6 year old home. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because I have a good income and a lot of home equity. We had a small business that was 10 years old, and our largest customer filed chapter 13, and left us with over $100,000 of unpaid bills. We have struggled to pay everyone back, but our credit was destroyed. I need to sell my house to pay off the remaining creditors. and start a new chapter of my life. I have $300,000 in home equity; but I need to re-paint, install new carpet and fix the yard so that we will get top dollar. My current income can easily cover the payments. I have no car payments, or current credit cards that are not left over from the past. I will pay you back if you trust me, and because of my low credit you can make a lot of profit.
