Purpose of loan: This loan will be used to complete the purchase of 40+ acres of valuable residential property. Property has an income producing residential home & an income producing workshop. I currently have it under contract subject to me obtaining the remaining $24,000. I have already put up a good portion of my own personal funds, this $24,000 will allow me to totally purchase the property with no debt on it other than the Prosper loan. I've had the property subdivided and have 3 parcels sold at a really nice profit as soon as I close on the property. By the way, they are some really good real estate deals out there right now. But you have to be in the position to move fast on them. Do your homework & stay away from the cookie cutter type subdivision properties. Invest in raw land that can be subdivided into 3-5ac tracts. There is an unbelievable amount of demand for this type of property throughout my area and across the southeast. My financial situation: I am a good candidate for this loan because for over 12 years I have always paid EVERYONE of my financial obligations on time everytime. No late payments ever! |
