Purpose of loan: This loan will be used for the rehab (remodel) work being done on a property in . I bought this house for 37,500, and it needs 17,000 worth of work (plumbing and electrical upgrades, new kitchen and bathrooms ect.)after-repair-value is $95,000 This is an incredible deal, and a winner all the way around. I will be refinancing at the end of the project & will be able pay back the Prosper loan. I have also been approved for the refinance loan. My financial situation: I am a 36 yr old real estate investor (with a full-time job!) who enjoys finding great deals and creating nice, good homes for people. I have never paid late or missed a payment on any loans, I have a great credit history. I have been in my current job for 15 years, My job is secure! I look forward to establishing a long-term and positive relationship with the Prosper lending community. |
