I purchased it not only because it was already profitable; but the "kicker/upside" that I immediately saw was that the former owner, like many out there, hadn't latched on and used ANY, and I mean ANY, technology to streamline and improve many of the "tasks" to create the sales/revenue for the publication. BUT, again it was already profitable... The good news is I've already put a substantial amount of my own money into MS Exchange Server, MS Office, Networking, Custom industry specific Advertising Sale Mgmt Software. Laptop for every sales rep etc... etc... I'm now ready to take this already proven business model and expand. One of the things still needed to take the business to the next level is to create a MUCH improved website from the current one: www.wisebuysonline.net which if you visit you'll totally agree it needs the look, feel and functionality of my competitors like: valpak.com & saveoneverthing.com & supercoups.com SO...If you'd like part of the the near risk free interest I'll be paying again PEOPLE and not the bank...
