Thanks for taking the time to review my listing. I want you to know in advance the interest rate I am offering is the highest my state will allow and that my "HR" situation does not reflect the actual risk - I NEED to repay this loan for the sake of my family. I am 34, married, with 5 children, and I did not understand the importance of having good credit until a year ago. My problem was my first marriage and my willingness to have everything go in my name (young, dumb and in love). The reason also for the 55 hits in the last 7 years. Most of which I have managed to pay or have removed.
Flash forward to last year, we wanted to have our own home but couldn't even qualify for a mortgage. That broke my heart. I hired a credit repair service at $400 a year ago and it hasn't helped. I want to be in a position where I can help my kids in the future if or when they need it. My eldest is 17, has worked for the past year and if she or my other kids need a co-signer in the future (for a car or something), I don't want for them to come to me for help and not be able to give it. I know the only way I can clean it up is to pay everything down or off. I have learned my lesson (as my DTI (8%) shows). I hope you will give me this opportunity to prove myself and stand tall in my children's eyes.
My income and expenses (income verified by my group leader): $1171 from job after deductions
$651 month SSI for disabled child (liver transplant) $1722 month total Expenses: $400 apartment rent
$216.80 Auto (In my name at bank and only 2 payments left) $101.33 Auto (In my name at bank) $111.32 Life Insurance for family $ 78.00 Student loans $120.00 Lease Finance (new agreement with creditor on credit report) $150.00 Kids, Entertainment etc... $172.00 Tithes $380.55 Total Left ($597.35 in Sept)
$1603.00 Prosper loan (-fee to Prosper)
What I will pay with Prosper loan: Att $93, Mercy Health $810.00, Mercy Health $82.00, Midland credit $217, Ok Student Loans $400 (To catch up on payments) TOTAL $1603 Balance of Loan left- $897 Would like to buy school clothes and supplies for 4 kids. My Spouses income pays utilities, auto insurance, fuel, groceries and his entertainment with the kids. DTI is 8%. Monthly Prosper Payments: $59.57- with $380 ($597.35 after 12 Sept) so I can EASILY make the $59.57 monthly payment - and I HAVE to if we are EVER going to have a home for our children or be able to help them as they move into adulthood.
Thank you for your consideration Kimberly |
