I am a mother of a 14 year old son entering high school, and I will be graduating in December 2006 with a B.A in Psychology; with plans of continuing my education and getting my Masters in Counseling. After inheriting a property due to the death of a family member, I decided to get into investment real estate. I currently have one investment property and would like to get more properties in the future to provide homes to families in my area. Not realizing just how much time,work and money goes into investment properties, and with the additional expenses of running my primary residence and assiting my retired mother with her expenses, I'm in over my head. This loan will allow me to catch up on my past due expenses, re-evaluate my expenses, stay afloat so I can begin to breath again. I have the income to repay the loan; I have a full time job and a part time job, and I have the monthly rental income. I just need a chance to change things and make better financial decisions.
