Completing preparation of a rental house. Front and side yard landscaping is still needed, and I hope Prosper members will help me. This is the main house of a vintage 4-rental complex (one granny unit and 2 cottages); I've remodeled the other three units over the years. My rentals are in a very desirable SF Bay Area community: I've never had more than a one-month vacancy, except for remodels. I'm a self-employed health professional, I have excellent credit, and I always pay on time. This is my first loan request on Prosper, and I was disappointed to see that this request increases my debt/income ratio above 20%. I hope this doesn't put you off. When the house rents -- I anticipate 9/1/06 -- the rental income increase of $1700/month, will allow repayment of this loan within the expected nine months.
